Nature of Guidance
Astrological consultations offer guidance and perspective. They are not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice, and all decisions remain your own.
Appointments
Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Please join or arrive on time; sessions run for the scheduled duration.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Refunds
If a session cannot be conducted for reasons on our side, a full refund is issued to the original payment method within seven working days.
Conduct
We reserve the right to end a session and decline future bookings in case of abusive or disrespectful conduct.
